Angry Pen drive malfunctioning

I have a Transcend 8 GB JF V60 pen drive , nowdays when i try to send files more than 3 GB its says there is no space in the pendrive
, whereas after formatting the pendrive it shows it has 7.60 GB of free space...
Can anybody figure out what the problem is ??

Because the Pen Drive is in FAT 32 format. FAT 32 do not supports such heavy SINGLE file size. Only NTFS Format supports.

Fat32 doesn't support more then 4 gb files . your file must be 4Gb+.
format the Pen drive in NTFS.
