Default memory error, sytem fan and cd drive not working.....

hi guys,

my whole trouble started yesterday when my monitor screen started behaving strangely.it was jittering at random but otherwise it would work fine .. i updated my driver ,rechecked all the connection, formatted but no avail....i t would jitter even at bios screen so hard disk couldn't have been the culprit...so my next suspect was ram ...

i checked my both ram module through memtest ...it showed 6 error....i checked both of my ram one by one but in both the cases my screen did jitter at random...

today my friend pointed out that my sytem fan was also not working......

and now my cd rom has stopped working too......

so guy what could be the problem ???

Looks like prob is with mobo, it might not be giving sufficient power to GPU first, and then RAM and then ur CDdrive too....just a possibility...check all the power cables and might be ur PSU is the culprit too

also just to be sure..have a qualified electrician check your mains power for current leakage etc...oh slight voltage leak can be harmful to all components of your pc..and the regular power tester for testing current cannot detect those discrepancies in the neutral or earth

oops!! i didnt properly attached the power of cd drive so i guess thats resolved and out of issue....

... i am suspecting that maybe the non working system fan is causing the heat to rise inside cpu and my passively cooled graphic card has its radiator too close to the ram hence it may be over heating them....thus causing the memory error.....

since i am a abit 1p35 user could u tell me what could be wrong with my system fan as it is just 8 month old cooler master fan??? it was running fine before
