Help required for best motherboard selection.

Dear Guys,
Please suggest a good motherboard for Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 and AMD Phenom X4 9550+ processors.
The following are my requirements:
1) It should have IGP.
2) The price should be less than INR 6000/-.
3) It should support 8GB RAM in dual channel mode.
4) It should have DVI video output.
5) It should have IEEE1394/Firewire port (at least one).
6) The IGP should be able to handle all the latest 3D Desktop effects in Windows Vista and Linux (like Compiz in OpenSuse 11).
7) It should have at least 2 IDE ports.

Please help me to choose a best motherboard by providing your valuable suggestions. (Please suggest the motherboard for both AMD & Intel platform).
