Default low power server

Hi,
I am planning to build a linux based router for my home. The idea is to build a cheap , low-power linux based router that can do DSL load balancing. As it would be running for 24/7, power consumption is a main concern. It would be having bare minimum components essential for this functionality. I am thinking of intel's atom platform considering its low power consumption. Please suggest me any online site or a place at which i can buy this. Also are there any similar offereings from AMD side. Please suggest me any other processors and chipsets available in india for this purpose.

Requirements: power consumption near 40-50W (lesser the better)
Budget: 6K (lesser the better)
Components:
  • low power processor
  • motherboard with 4 PCI slots (for multiple NIC's)
  • PSU
  • floppy drive for loading linux ( no HDD buddy!!)
  • A couple of NIC's
Thank You

Next year, Intel will launch its Moorestown CPUs, which are supposed to include a memory controller as well as a graphics unit right on the CPU die.

Personal Suggestion
Some jetway product provide a motherboard which is compact and can have 4 Lan port..
And still they are mini itx
www.mini-itx.com

use pico itx (if possible)

Update = First of all check it with your local dealer if they provide the product or your time will be wasted..
Get the contact number of
