Default system clock lags behind.

I notice that my system clock is now lagging behind.
It's 4 years old Mobo - Biostar MCG400.
Is this indicative of need to change the CMOS battery?
If so, how can go about it.
Thx,

Yes, of course, undoubtedly, unquestionably.

Step1: Go to an electronic shop
Step2: Buy a CMOS battery (Cost at max 20/-)
Step3: Open cabinet.
Step4: Remove motherboard CMOS battery.
Step5: Insert new battery.
Step6: Close cabinet.
Step7: As ur BIOS settings are reset, change them accordingly from BIOS

Bas, done.
