Default Pc restarting please help.

I have pc assembled in dec 2007, having config:
C2D e6550, Intel dg33fb mainboard, transcend 2X1Gb 800MHz ram, dvd writer, 1 sata hdd 320Gb, 1 IDE hdd 80Gb and 1 FDD, 300W VIP PSU.

From many days i am facing one problem. In the middle of the work PC restarts.
What can be the problem.
Is it because of 300W PSU? is it sufficient or not. If not please suggest me a good one in the range of Rs. 1500/-.

thank you.

Might be the PSU or there might be other issues with the OS itself. Check for viruses and stuffs. Is there any overheating problem ??? Clean the processor fan and the RAM slots too. It might be the PSU, get the POV 500W @ 2700/- or Powersafe 500W @ 1600/-
