^^ Dude, the default PSU with Zebronics Krish cabby isn't able to handle the rig as it has a dedicated GPU... Yep, even my Old Zebby 400W PSU cant able to handle my current rig E4500,ASUS P5N MX,2GB DDR2,7600GS..

I buy a Zebby 500W PSU then to feed my system...

So its better to get a Zebby or Kobian 500W PSU for the rig mentioned by Varad Dilip Choudri..

I also suggest MSI P35 instead of MSI P45 if the OP is in real shoe string budget, and instead of 250GB WD get a 160GB WD for 2k...

This will keep the budget within 30k...

E2180
ASUS P5K PLVM
1x2GB DDR2 667MHz RAM
Seagate 250GB HDD 7200RPM
E-VGA 9600GT KO
CM EP500W PSU
Zebronics Bijli cabinet
Samsung SH-203D optical
Logitech Gaming G1
Dell 198WFP 19" LCD
Altec Lansing BXR1121 2.1 speakers

I have suggested a lower end CPU and a decent GPU as today's games are more GPU dependent.

thanks guys.....is the 9600GT really available at a low enough price for me to put into a 30k comp...wow...I'll just ask my vendor for the prices that I can get in jaipur......by the way can you please give me the individual breakup of the prices...so that I can check that he does not overcharge me....

I just checked out some reviews ....is the ATI HD 4670 worth the price of 5000 ..the benchmarks show that it scores 8000+ in 3D mark 2006 and gets over 60 fps on crysis......should I choose it over the 9600 that you have recommended?

hey I still haven't got this month's digit ....what have they voted as the best entry level card?

Processor: Intel C2D E7200 - 5.8k
Mobo: MSI P35Neo-F - 4.9k
RAM : 2GB Transcend/Kingston - 1.7k
HDD : WD 160GB - 2k
Optical Drive : Samsung/Sony DVD/RW - 1.1k
KB + Mouse : Logitech Wired Desktop - 0.9k
Cabinet : Zebronics Krish - 1.2k
GFX : HD4670 - 5k
LCD : Viewsonic 19" VG1921WM - 8.8k
PSU : PowerSafe Silver 500W SMPS - 1.7k or CoolerMaster EP500W - 2.3k or get any local brand 500W PSU like Kobian or Zebronics...

Total - comes around 32k....if u choose to buy a local brand PSU...

If u r in real shoe string budget then get ASUS P5K PL VM instead of MSI P35 Neo F which reduces almost 2.2k in the budget....

my comp dealer says that he has never heard of the card....which is basically code for "its a premium product ...I'm gonna charge a lot for it" any other suggestions in the same range....I also checked out the sparkle 9500 and ATI HD4500 and of course there is that 9600GT that I've been suggested.....suggestions needed.(and prices too)

look at post no #8.... go for that config by doing some alterations..
Get ASUS P5K PL VM instead of MSI P35 Neo F...
Get a local PSU like Intex,Frontech,Zebronics or Kobian to make ur budget within 30k..

OK...If u do these two changes, u may get a PC with HD4670 and a E7200 and enjoy gaming....

ASUS P5K PL VM - 2.8k... (this reduce u a bulky 2.1k from ur budget)
Local PSU 500W- upto 1.2k..(reduces almost 500bucks)

P.S : The price of Palit HD4670 is 5.8k....incl of TAX

Now ur budget seems around 30k and not a penny more....

MSI 86GT costs about 3.4k and ASUS 8600GT costs 3k... Both were 256MB DDR3 Version and 512MB DDR2 version is useless infront of that....

BTW u decide to buy 8600GT?

yup.....other than that the ATI 3650 is a great card ...see the scores in the digit shootout ...and its something like 5.5K ...surprising that digit did not mention it as a good value for money card.....over 30 fps in crysis for 5.5K isn't bad.....

By the way the dealer is engaged in some election work ....guess my PC is gonna get delayed .... .....
