Suggestion for buying a new PC

Friends i need a suggestion for buying a gaming PC
I have these 2 set of options
In the 1st set suggest about which processor to go for weither
AMD® Phenom™ X4 9650 or AMD phenom X4 9850"black edition"

Also suggest me some good graphics card which is less than 5000 quite good enough to play high ended games.Is the graphics card which i have mentioned above in the list good..

Please suggest me for the good one..if any changes please do tell

You spend 10k for mobo and buy a pathetic graphics card?

My suggestion would be this:

Processor: Intel Core2Duo E8400: 8.5k
Mobo: MSI P45 Neo-F: Rs.5.5k
Palit HD4850 : Rs.9k-10k
You don't need to buy a soundcard for SBS A500. For those speaekrs, onboard audio is more than enough.

HDD 640GB Western Digital sata2 : Rs.3.5k
2Gig Kingston RAM: 1.5k
600W Cooler Master SMPS: 3.5k
Cooler master Elite 330 Black: 1.8k
Creative T6060 speakers : 3.5k or Logitech X530 for 4k or Altec Lansing VS3251 for 3k

dont even think bout getting a X4 9850 B.E.
its nothing more than a piece of sh!t.had used it 4 bout a week and sold it off.the E8400 oc'd kicks its a$$ anyday.

with my current config i get a 3DMark06 score of 16840 but with the same card on a X4 9850 @ 3GHz and MSI K9A2-GM i used to get 13367.

GO with this, get Q6600 if u can

U'd be a fool to get what u mentioned in the 1st place.

Go with Desi bond's configuration. At present time this is the best solution you can get with good vfm.
