Default Connetct my PC to my Home Theatre System


i have a Creative Live!24bit External sound card and a Pioneer HTD8DVD Home theater system.

i will be connecting them via S/PDIF port.(can i use the
will i be able to get full Surround Sound for movies,music and games?and should i switch on Pro Logic II on my HT system?

and should i switch on CMSS on my sound card?
