Default Need feedback on my UPGRADE regarding Graphics

We just bought upgrades for our old second PC for my personal use in my room. Unfortunately, tight budget led me to wait for a dedicated gpu later in this year.
So for meantime, i got this config

2GB DDR667 RAM from Transcend
Core2 Duo e7200 3MB L2 cache
XFX 630i/7100 motherboard
This motherboard has 600MHZ clock freq for the inbuild graphics. Isnt that good nuff?

Will i be able to play latest games at 1024X768 at okay graphic settings? (i am still using my old 17" monitor)

What games will i be able to play. Will GTA 4 run on it? Even at lowest settings?
I wanna know if these games will run (and tell me in waht settings these may run)

GTA4
Company of Heroes
Call of Duty 3 and 4
Crysis (heh hopefully)
GTA 4
Age of Conan MMORPG
F.E.A.R
GRID
FALLOUT 3
FABLE 2

And what GPU shld i buy in October

Getting a low end gpu is of no use if u do not plan to upgrade it within a year. Spending atleast 8 to 10k makes more sense as u will be future proof for atleast 3yrs if u r a casual gamer. Better stick to onboard for now and get ati hd4850 in november or december. Or u can go for 9500gt now to save cash.

For GTA 4 minimum system requirements haven't been mentioned. So u have to wait.

Its better to go for 8600GT or 9500GT or 9600GSO.These are good budget range cards even for a casual gamer.

Ok, but i want to know if the games listed above will be playable as of NOW or not.

Moreover, i have eyed Geforce 9600GSO for next months purchase. However, my PC cabinet is IBM Desktop (its branded 3 yr old PC), most probably 400WSMPS. Will it be enough. If not, kindly give me cheap options to be able to handle 8600GSO

^^^
Your card will run fine even on 400W SMPS.
My friend runs his 8800GT on 400W one.

But to be on the safer side ... Better get a 500W one.

But in 400W catagory, u can buy a VIP Chasis with 400W SMPS for mere Rs 1500. But the 500W in market itself is above Rs2000

Is there any such cheap combo of Cabinet-SmPS with 500W ???

GTA4 - You need to wait to get an answer.
Company of Hereos - Probably yes, on 800x600 at the lowest setting.
Call of Duty 3 - Is it released on PC Call of Duty 4 - Nope, It won't start.
Crysis - Nope.
Age of Conan - Dunno
FEAR - Again on lowest at 800x600
GRID - Nope.
Fallout 3 - Is it release yet
Fable 2 - I dont think so.

Get a Palit 9600GSO. Your PSU will do just fine. Don't worry.

Keep on fragging.

COD 3 hasn't been released for PC.
And Fallout 3 is scheduled to release later.

I even doubt FEAR and Company Of Heroes.
