If ur monitor is displaying something then u have a Graphic card for sure... how can u see anything without a card... now it might be a an onboard card or a seperate one... you need to open the cabinet and see if there is a seperate peripherial attached to it to give the display or not... Memory size can be seen from Display Properties

I could not get your screenshot to load. Anyway, note where the connector from your monitor fits on to the display output port at the back of your CPU.

If you have onboard graphics, the port will be in the upper half of the CPU, near the other ports like mouse, keyboard, USB, etc. The long side of the connector will be vertical.

If you have a separate graphics card, the port will be in the lower half of the CPU. And the long side of the connector will be horizontal.

There may be a few exceptions to these rules, but they will look like that in the vast majority of computers.

You have an 810e graphic controller and it's an onboard display adapter.

Another way would have been to:
Go to Start-> Run:type "dxdiag" and go to display to find the name.
