Best GFX card under Rs.5000?

Plz suggest a PCI-EX gfx card under 5000. I was thinking about going for a geforce 7300gs or gt.

I dont want to spend anything more since i will be getting a DX10 card after a few months
Also suggest some good power supply(SMPS) as my HP Pavilion has a crappy 300W supply.

before going for PCI-e GFX card just make sure whether the HP Pavilion has a PCI-e 16x slot.

coz i bought my HP Pavilion in 2005 Nov, & it did not have PCI-e Slot. only 3 PCI slots were there.

mine has 1. Its a HP Pavilion w5130in bought in July 2005. Which is ur model?

Also which company is better? XFX,leadtek or any others.

Idd suggest you get the 6600 for 3.5K. Save a thousant towards you DX10 card since both cards are equally matched.

i agree with shaunak. 6600 will be better than 7300.

AFAIK for 3.5k u can get a 6600LE and a 7300GT is better than a 6600LE.
6600LE will run all of the latest games with good frame rates.
