GMA 950 and PCI? Are you talking about AGP and PCI?

Intel's GMA series are all Integrated (onboard) Gfx. cards, so any PCI or PCI-e card is a lot better than a onboard solution.

if you are looking for decent performance & DX10 upgradebility, go for Intel's 965series m/b which has onboard X3000 gfx. card (latest in GMA line-up).
