New graphic card and computer related problems

Hi Guys
I am going to buy a new Computer before the summer vacations

So I am confused which graphic cards to buy

I have shoprt listed two - Ati X800 GTO (16- Pixel pipelines and doesnt support pixel shader 3.0 Price - Around Rs.11000)

Nvidia 7800 GT (Price - Around Rs.13000)

SO which one should I buy considering the pixel shader 3.0 support
Budget should also be considered
And do check if the prices are near aboout or totally different

I am going to buy AMD 64-Bit 3000+ or 3200+
Which one should I get to have maximum output of the card
How much will be the difference

Speakers worth - Rs.1500


So tell me how much Rate would I get if I sell it at a good price

I am getting this new config

Samsung 17 inch Flat
160 GB Seagates
1 GB Simmtronics Ram
7800 GT or Ati X800 GTO
Speakers Worth Rs.5500
AMD 3200+ or a 3000+ and a mobo considering the kit would be worth Rs.12000

Mouse and keyboard worth Rs.1500

Just tell me at how much price would I get it

And tell me a decent config for Rs.40000 including speakers upto Rs.2500
The prices should be after getting the discount

Oh Sorry I will go for 3200+ not for 3000+
Maybe 3500+ and do tell me if X800 GTO 16 Pixel Pipelines support Pixel Shader 3.0 or not

Firstly, the X800GTO dosen't support Pixel Shader 3.0.
Secondly, you have been quoted the wrong price for the 7800GT. It costs way more than Rs. 13,000. For 13, the best you can get is a 7600GT.

Roughly you should get:
Athlon64 3000+/3200+
Asus A8N-E mobo
2x512 MB DDR400 RAM
Geforce 7600GT
Other stuff is your choice
