    good graphic card of 1gb
    makes no sense at all.
Please state the model number & manufacturer of PSU you are using.
    Another thing:
graphic card as cheap as possible
    This also makes no sense.
    Post your max budget.

the cheapest possible gpu capable of playing all games should be HD5570 1GB DDr3 @ 3.5k though it's not suitable form playing all latest games at medium settings but it will handle all the games upto 1024*768 resolution easily.

the cheapest gpu capable of playing those games at medium would be a hd 5670 ddr3
but your cpu will severely bottleneck most cards

Budget and PSU please as you can also play them at medium settings with a 7970, even GTX 680 or a 5750 and up.

Secondly, specify your power supply, it is ver important to have a suitable power supply before purchasing a new GPU as they eat a lot of it.
    Spoiler:
    Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.8 GHz, Corsair CX430 v2, 3 GB DDR 2 RAM, MSI R6770 MD1GD5 (finally), MSI MS-7525 (v1.0), Compaq W185q 1366 X 768 HD LED Monitor
