C:\Documents and Settings\*User Name*\Application Data\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Saved Games\
OR if that doesn't help then run a search for the folder's name in you Documents & settings directory to get the perfect location.

If you are on Vista try searching for 'appdata'. Its inside that folder.
