Default FAR Cry 1 in game cheat help!

I have downloaded a in game mod that will activate cheats while playing the game. Here the readme says that start the game in'-devmode' parameter. But i don't know what to do. Plz help. If any body knows any other way or trainer that may help plz upload the link here.

To start the game in Devmode, just add the lines -devmode in the Target field (Right click on FC shortcut icon & properties) of your Far Cry shotcut icon on your desktop.Then the cheat command line gets activated.After that just follow on with any cheat you want.

give space before '-devmode'.
like, ...farcry2.exe -devmode

It should look something like this "C:\Program Files\UBISoft\Far Cry\farcry.exe" -devmode.There should be a space after the " marks.

When i run the shortcut, after loading the level it shows this error
