Default Problem with Flat-Out!

Hi Guys!

I just installed Flat-Out. The game started all well but theres a problem with the graphics. The graphics seems all absurd... See below...

As you can see, the grass goes on top of the car and the same thing happens with everything else. Why is this happening and how can I resolve this problem.

Hardware details are as per my signature...

Had it been a graphics card problem, the same would have happened with all games... This just happens with this particular game...

I meant graphics driver and not the card.
