intel GMA 950 gaming

hai friends,iam new one to this forum,iam using intel 945g motherboard which comes with integerated graphics media acceraltor gma 950,which runs smoothly some of the old games like Empire earth2,maxpayne 2,and Need for speed underground. still it cant run old games like star wars republic commando,Knight Of The old Republic and battlefield 2.iam a RTS fan i like to play command and conquer 3,supreme commander and company of heroes,i have pci express x16 slot.please tell me which video card is suitable for playing the above games?
is it 512 mb ram enough for above games?my pc configuration is

processor : Pentium D 2.66Ghz
Ram : 512 MB DDR 2 533MHz
Hard Disk : 80GB Seagate
MotherBoard : intel 945gntl original
Video Memory : 224 MB (integerated)
Monitor : 15' inch HCL monitor

Get 1GB RAM. This rig should play FIFA 07 @ 1280x1024, mid-to-high, 30fps.

Get a 2GB Transcend DDR2 for around 1800 if u can afford.. Otherwise 1GB DDR2, for 800-900 bucks..
And get a ASUS EN8600GT @ 3k....
U r set to go play the games u mention...
If u hav a budget of 10k, then go for HD4850......... Blasts anything.....
