Default DirectX Error

I cannot Install anygame since last week , I am getting this error:

I have already the latest version of DirectX, and I could install the same games one week ago without any problems.
I can install the Same Games in Windows Vista perfectly fine But I am getting this error only in XP.
Please Help!

Try re-installing your Video Drivers and manually updating your DirectX by downloading the latest one.

Sure. I will now download the latest Version of my Graphics Card.But how could The Games be installed 1 week ago?
