Ping issues in Counter Strike !

I play counter strike online.
The server on which I play is based in Korea. I had ping count of 190-250 till last month but from this month my ping has gone to ~800 and remains there.
My friends from Punjab and Kerala still play with the same ping. So there's no problem at all with the server on which I play. Please help me out in reducing the ping.
My net connection is BSNL Dataone Unlimited plan with 256 Kbps speed .

Any help would be appreciable and precious to me !
