Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) 2Duo - 4500
Motherboard : Intel(R) D946GZis
RAM : 1GB DDR2 667MHz
HDD : 250 GB
But I Have No Graphics Card
Plese Send Me Those Names Of The Games Which I Can Play Smoothly On My PC

Install latest drivers for your Chipset from intel site..
I think you have GMA 3000..
New Drivers for this will improve performance in many games...
I have a G965 (GMA X3000)..
I wasn't able to play many games with stock drivers.
But with new drivers, all problems resolved..
Also keep checking the site for driver updates & BIOS updates too!

Newer games want some extra things, such as shader model, HDR, environment effect, antialising etc.
you need two things for new games:
1. atleast 2 gb ram
2. a dx 10 supported card.
