Anyone Played GRID demo ???

Anyone played the recently released demo of Codemaster's Racedriver: GRID? It is developed on a modified engine of the one which powered DIRT, the last highly successful racing simulator/arcade hybrid from Codemasters.

I just downloaded and played the demo. Somehow, the demo failed to run on my Win XP Pro SP3 installation, so had to install and play it on Vista SP1.

Quick Points about the DEMO:

1) 3 Major Game types included (including one awesome drift track).

2) Graphics is pretty neat. Somehow reminded me of NFS:MW glory days. Though the car handling is pretty much more realistic than NFS and that means quite difficult for arcade racing players i.e. takes sometime to get used to.

3) Gameplay is terrific as well as the replays are rocking.

4) The damaging and car physics is really impressive and a core element of Codemaster's Colin Mcrae franchise.

5) Giving me 68 FPS average on my rig @ 1650x1080, 4X MSAA, Ultra Details.

yeah.. this game will prove to be the nemesis of NFS...... unless their current working title is good enuf !!!! This game is what Prostreet should have been !!!!!!!
