plz help.. Dataone problem..

i am having dataone H500 connection... i share it with 3 other persons...( i dont want 2 but have 2 share d connectn..).. now i have UTStar modem and a Switch..from where 4 connection go. ..now i want 2 slow down my the browing nd downloading speed so that the others cannot use my bandwith.. how 2 do that?? is there a way by which i will get 90% bancwith and other 10 %?? plz help..
