hey Friends tell me whether new 9600GT is DirectX10.1 capable or not?

ruemors say that it is dx10.1....
it is also mentioned that it is dx10.1 and the instructions might be enabled in coming forceware drivers...
but officialy and as i m using it as of now it is dx10...
if u r buying then go for evga 9600gt ssc edition...it is almost equal to 8800gt and beats many high end cards in few cases...
it also supports quantum physx which is a plus point....i m fully satisfied with its performance

some websites like priceguru.in has mentioned it as 10.1 with sm4.1 but it is not....
and when nvidia was asked abt why not bringin 10.1 in new cards they say that it wont bring many changes over present....

evga 9600gt ko edition(its slightly factory overclocked) - 10.5k
evga 9600gt ssc(heavily overclocked, best 9600gt) - 10.7k
