guys could you tell me how to play fifa07 over hamachi ?

Does the normal approach fail for this game? Hamachi forums doesn't report any issues with FIFA 07 yet. All seem to be playing fine there.
Have you done your basic troubleshooting?

Um, is there no mode in FIFA called LAN?
Hamachi's general approach for games is to start Hamachi, join a network/create a network (You and someone else must be there), and then start the game, go to LAN mode of Multiplayer and Create a game / Join hosted game.

whenever i goto LAN , it says i need to update my EA online components and it tries to do that but with no success..

Download the update patches manually and after patching try again.
