This mod runs really smooth,its just like a normal crysis mod but also has some technical gameplay bugs.

^^No,its run by the same executable,and the mod is a new level which runs smooth even though it looks graphically brilliant.There are some more mods the screens of which i'll post tomorrow.

@Harvik-@ what settings and res and AA u play on ur 8600GT and 8800GTS SLI and what framerate u get??

With 8800GTS SLI I can play at 1280*1024 with XP high and 4X AA with an average FPS of 40.But with the jungle mod i get 30FPS with no AA @ 1280*1024.The 8800GTS(s) are not overclocked.
With the 8600GT SLI overclocked to 675Mhz ROP ,1566 Shader and 860 mem i get 30 FPS with no AA at 1024*768.
However my 8600GT SLI 3DMark score is more than a single 8800GTS 640MB.
That says crysis is optimized more for the 8800 series of graphics cards.

yeah,i think the same too coz on my 8600 GT it gave 30 FPS @1024*768,med settings and no AA.
on single 8800GTS 512 MB with 8x AA,1280*1024 and high settings on XP it gives 30+ FPS avg.on vista it suxx with 20 FPS with 4x AA
is it ok for 1 card??

Do a GPU benchmark from the BIN32 folder in crysis or download the benchmark utility from Guru3D.That will give the exact comparison of your system with others.

can u plz specify which one u downloaded?i wanna see how it runs on my system.here's how the game runs on my pc-

this is with only 1gb ram and a single gfx card.coz i still dont have my new motherboard.the game runs very smoothly (all settings=medium) only if AA is disabled.

Look for the most downloaded ones on crymod and u'll surely find these.
