GTA:SA help

Its been months i've been stuck in a single mission. If you've played the game, you'd know maddog's mission. I'm supposed to save maddog who's drunk and threatening to kill hiself by jumping from a casino roof. I have to run to a nearby truck and drive it to the place where he would fall. But to do all that, i get only 2-3 seconds. within that time, i can't even run to the vehicle.
Is that a game bug or anything? Can anybody help?

Its a bug then coz we get sufficient time for placing the truck

Have you used the peds riot cheat.??It is known to cause this problem.

its bug.....can be fixed.

I don't know how many kinds of cheats have i used.
I've attached the gamesave. no of times cheated = 700+

Maddog jumps even before the cut scene ends. ROFL .what a bug.

Played the downloaded gamesave. Feels a little wierd continuing on someone's leftover.

the game seems to have gone weird....Madd Dogg jumps before the cut scene ends...actually we are supposed to run to a truck and place the truck exactly under Madd Dogg to catch him..

i tried using the GTASA center. made ur cheat count to zero, saved the game..but still same problem....probably i shud look for disable all cheats options in GTASA center.
