How much framerates for games would you consider must be the lowest for smooth playing?

For me, its 20 fps.......

25 to 30 work fine.......... nething more than that is only useful when ur frame ratees drop suddenly

34 would be considered more than enough but depends in extreme conditions the sudden dip would cause a irritating visual lag.
