how to play ea sports baseball 2004

hi everybody
just only i got this baseball 2004 game
but i found very difficult to play
i dont knw much abt this game
its vey confusin
if anybody can help me 4 dis im glad

abt that particular game or abt real life baseball . i like baseball . similar to cricket , but u got to run through 4 bases to score one run , or hit the ball outta the park (or into the stands ) for a home run . unlike cricket , u have to run for every ball u make contact with , even if it means ur gonna be out . theres a virtual wicket , ie if u miss a ball and it goes over the base 3 times , u are out . similar to umpire judging LBW in cricket , without ball actually hitting the wickets .

getting out by catch as in cricket , or if a fielder throughs the ball to a base to which ur running , b4 u reach it , ur out .

bowling side , ball cant touch the ground , and has to be a FULL TOSS , but u can curve and spin the ball even through the air , just like a swing in cricket

other than that , not sure abt the scorring and other detailed rules , but above helped me through some enjoyable baseball moments

Which version of the game are you playing? PC, PS2 or XBox? I will assume you have the PC version. Every game has a Setup option, in which the Controllers/Controls config page can be accessed. Access that page to learn the key bindings. In any case, here are the key bindings I came across on the Internet for the game. You can confirm/change these from your Controls page.
