i read in nus paper that vat will decrease tax on computer stuff from 8% to 4%

so should i wait for my card or what ???

vat is value added tax which is supposed to bring uniformity in the tax structure throughout india i think...not every state has implemented it yet...there is alot of confusion out there mainly due to the political interferance by some parties...they are going on a nation wide strike on 29 march to 1 april 2005 for 4 full days...well it's supposed to make their and our lifes easier...so what gives dudes?
