plz. I need some good screen caputuring software for demonstrating my skills in games like call of duty 4, call of duty 2 etc.

It is good but it causes games to crash

I mean not all games but Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare Crashes!
I have full version of ZD Soft game recorder 
I think Snagit 8 does the job quite well 
I needed capturing software which takes less resources coz i need to play *big* games like call of duty 4, crysis etc.. and show my game skills to my friendz
Thank you all for your suggestions. If you have some more tools which require less resources then plz post about them

MY win xp is now infected with probably hundreds of spyware and virus (explorer and task manager disabled and slowdown, crash BSOD etc etc)
with great difficulty now i have installed vista.. ( i dual boot with xp and vista)
tomorrow i am going to do clean format of HDD so that viruses are removed.
i have to install xp then vista then drivers then install games ........so much things to do

I was using kaspersky but had disabled it
anyways I have to work hard as exams are coming 1st march and i have to maintain my first rank .......
