Hi all, plz can u suggest some good latest PC games for me?

My system :
1) Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 ghz
2) 2GB DDR2 RAM
3) ASUS EN 8600 GT graphics card


I need 2 FPS Games, 2 racing games and 2 RPG Games

Some games have selected :

1. Medal of Honour : Airborne
2. Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare
3. NFS Pro Street
4.Half life 2 : The orange box

so if u have any suggestion for remaining 2 games pls tell me

Yes. Only for STALKER you will have to disable the dynamic shadows.
You can test the demos if you want to check.

@nvidia: Crysis will not run at the maximum on his PC but it will be very nice

In racing games you have Trackmania Unlimited (it's free).

Ive got an 8600GT. I know Crysis will not run on Highest settings in Crysis
But even though you cannot play it under highest settings it is a game that is worth playing.
Regarding playing Crysis under Vista - Never run the game unless you have atleast 2GB ram or 1.5+

Why? will it even work on medium settings?( i dont mind greater amount of fps as long as its gameplay is smooth)

I have played some trackmania games but they are quite boring. I want some good games.
Any other good game?

The scenes takes place in Ukrainia after the Tchernobyl nuclear station explostion. It's a war between the lonely mercenaries, the army and some mutated animals.

its damn realistic, you gotta be clever at tactics and define ur own strategy else u are toast within the first level. Everything has life in stalker and only rare instances are scripted. You will feel the environment and AI is damn intelligent. RPG element adds to the game.

I have directly played the full game. A multiplayer beta was released for this game before the actual release.

The story sets in Chernobyl (the one after three mile island nuclear reactor disaster). The affected are has got some dark side. Thigs are mutating. Different valuable/powerful artifacts are spawning due to varying effect of radiation. You got to be careful of anomalies created by the radiation and these anomalies are shifting their place with course of time. All in all its a great game.You are a S.T.A.L.K.E.R and you hav lost ur memory and now ur searching a stalker named Strelok (ur PDA contains a mesage that says kill strelok and probably he knows who u actually are)

One of the enemy is quite an innovation, it can control your brain if u are in LOS of his eyes. Its damn hard to fight this one. Though they are very few in game but beat the crap outa of me.

i want to play at 1024 X 1028 res with higest settings.is it possible?

It will be impossible, Crysis requieres very costly hardware.
Plus it's stupid to play in 1024 with highest settings.

I only have my laptop in India (Core2Duo, 2Gb, X1800xt) and I can play the demo in 1440*900 in medium. I heared that the final game is optimized and you will earn 6/7 extra fps.

I think you will have to play in 1280*960 with high settings. But don't worry the game will be beautiful.

And where to buy the game in Blore/Chennai ?
