Default Commandos III Destination Berlin Help required to finish

Well I am in the stage wher I have to kill that trator General.

I killed all the guys in the tunnels. All of them.

Now Biggest prob is I cant seem to get out of the tunnel to reach the surface. All roadholes are Heavily guarded. Where to come out of it?

A SS will be VERY VERY helpful of the spot where you should be coming out

ho man Destination Berlin .. Even I had played this game almost 2 years ago .. cannot remember anything.. But if I can recall .. I think you must first use the spy to get dressed as a soldier and then get out of the tunnel.

Use the roads man, its easy with the extra sniper shots available all around (In ruins, inside a room at some side, etc)

Also use the sapper and lay mines for the swarm that comes in.

I played that misson 22 times to beat it, thus remember it so vividly heh

o_0 .. normally, I love Commandos so much that I've freakin memorized the missions by now for the games I've played...but Destination Berlin was so BAD!!! They changed the controls which was pain in the ass, then they didnt LET you change the goddamn controls. Then if you get used to the controls, the missions were buggy..ehh...nothing close to the Nirvana that was Behind Enemy Lines...or Men of Courage.

Sorry mate...can't help you. If this was BEE or MoC though...it would be a diff story!

Sorry for going offtopic but I cannot help when it comes to commandos

@Faraaz DB has another flaw .. its locked at 800x600.

For me the best commandos series was MoC .. It had Great Graphics and Awesome storyline and gameplay also the best difficulty level ..

All Hail Commandos

EDIT: Nowadays Im collecting movies on which commandos were based. I have The Great Escape, Bridge on the river Kwai , and im getting one two more.

@Charan: Yeah...things got to the point where I finished the Paris mission for MoC in something like 20 mins flat...

Just go knock out the Officer, steal his Uniform, then clear out the full map with just the Green Beret & Spy...

If I get bored of that...I get both of them rifles and auto-kill the whole map...it works on hard also...

Whoops, I confused your question with that one before the mission (Plane escape or something)

Anyway, there's only one good exit and its near the south end, just near the open construction area. (The place where a few Sergeants and a general stand with a few soldiers and an item box) You can only go up there, and only use Green Beret first, make him crawl to the construction pavement side while the walking guard walks by, kill him and quickly dump him into the hole, and then do the same for the next one (Use Ciggy packs to your advantage).

After that you can enter the home just opposite to the construction area (A worker will be inside when you look in). There you can get some uniforms etc to spy around a bit and then get to choose from any of the mode you wish to kill the traitor with.

the best place to get out of there is to get out at first end of tunnel (where you first meet spy)...

Hmm so you mean the tunnel where Spy is standing next to when I first see him? Well that means I dont have to go kill all those other guys in the tunnels.

k Will try.

yea thts it...when u go up...u can see a constrution site. opposite to tht there is a building. the building is least populated and there is one officer too which makes further game easy for the spy.

have playing ahead....

Default Re: Commandos III Destination Berlin Help required to finish

did you check out for the commandos walk through in the site i have given..

its the best i have seen , comes to 204k ...

here is a sample...

QUICK WALKTHROUGH
=================

• When the guard enters your cell, kick his sorry ass for his imprudence.

• Leave and crawl over to the small office area. Using the cigarettes,
distract and punch both the guards in here. Collect your pistol from the
box then go into the corridor again.

• Open the other cell door to meet your team again. Now head out of the back
door and eliminate the enemies in this cluster of rooms. Collect all your
guns back then head down the ladder.

• Clear out the long corridors of the sewers using all the methods of ambush,
sneaking up, distraction and so on. At the first ladder you will meet your
comrade the Spy. Make sure that as you explore the sewers you don't climb
any of the ladders to avoid detection above ground. Also, don't be too slow,
as you are under a time limit.

• Send your men back to the ladder where you first met the spy. Send the Green
Beret out first to silently kill the patrolling guard above the manhole
then enter the house and dispose of the soldier. Send the others out to
join him, one by one.

• Now set about emptying the house. It shouldn't prove too hard, with ambushes
and stealth on your side. Don't forget to take one officer uniform for the
Spy.

• Exit the front way and kill the two Gestapo guys. Send the Green Beret
underground again (the same manhole you came out of) and surface
opposite the central building where you saw the troops assemble in the
cut scene. Carefully kill and drag the patrolling SS Agent behind the walls
of the podium and, while avoiding the patrols, incapacitate both enemies
standing opposite the entrance to the house. Now return indoors.

• With the Spy, head out of the back entrance disguised as an officer. Avoid
the eyes of all Gestapo and other officers, and go to the work site in the
south west corner of the map. When you get the opportunity, as the officer
here is looking the other way, take the bomb from the box and return home.

• Get the Sapper to place the bomb in the middle of the staircase room
(which leads outside to the front garden) then hide in the little space
under the stairs. With the others, clear out any bodies and get behind the
door leading into the room from the back. Cover the door with your best guns.

• By now General O'Donnell's escort will have arrived. The first few guards
will check the room where your men await to gun them down. As soon as the man
himself enters the main room (you'll know because the Sapper is hiding there)
detonate the bomb to kill him and nearby guards. The time limit is over.

• With the disguised spy, leave the back way and head for the German car on the
east side of the map. Stealthily kill any guards on the roof of the building
next to it.

• Send your other men to take out all everyone in your way as silently as
possible then put everyone in the car. Phew! It's over.

enjoy.

Well I totally cleaned tunnels so far.

Construction yard and the road between is totally cleared. THe area behind the Construction yard to the roght most part to the car is all cleared including the roof.

Now I am trying to clean the men around the tank.

Btw How to clear the area where 7 guys are patrolling and also 4 Gestapo guys on other end side making my spy useless. That Square in center is impossible to breach.

Smile Re: Commandos III Destination Berlin Help required to finish

its very simple....i will tell the way i hv completed this level....

first clear the men around the tank and then only proceed to kill the gestapo.

get hold of ur sapper and go near the escape car. (i assumed tht u hv cleared tht area including the roof)...

then climp up the ladder. and lie down so tht no one can see u.

then get ur rifle out and shoot at air (to make sound)...

hearing this the 6 gestapo officers will come running to investigate the area.

dont stand up or else u will be dead. lie down there. when they are near the escape car they will come to climb up the ladder.

then get out ur sleep gas bomb and throw at the ladder.once the gestapo officers sleeping in peace quickly climb down the ladder and tie them up (assuming u r wearing the gas mask)...

there.... u got rid of the gestapo officers after if u want u can kill them using green beret using his knife.....

Cheers !!

Every moment you enjoy is not a moment you wasted. [May its a PC Game, Soccer, reading mag or watching **** ]

As long as you control it to an extent that it doesnt hurt other things badly.

I play like 2 hrs a Day as more than that is not possible due to Gym and Job
