Battlefield 2 problem!

I have two problems with Battlefield 2 when playing multiplayer.

1. I am kicked out from the server by punkbuster. This is the error message it shows -

I have updated punkbuster but still it shows that message.

2. My ping is always over 200 and i am kicked out from some servers bcoz of high ping. My internet connection is Home Plan 900 Unlimited from BSNL Dataone. How can i decrease my ping?

Please somebody help me to fix these problems

1) Reinstalling the game may fix this.

2) Get a good connection i.e above 256Kbps (Only few servers kick the user who has high pings, 256 is ok for playing BF2)
