Soldier of Fortune II multiplayer and Ping

I've been trying to play SOF2 Double Helix on the internet. Game works well and it isfun. But then, after every few minutes, i get kicked out of the server, with the following messeage - "exceeded ping limit". Now what does that mean and how do i lower my ping limit. Average for most of the servers listed is 350-400. Please Help

It happens when you're connecting to overseas servers. Nothing much you can do about it! (Ping google.com and see)

Find the servers hosted in India or surrounding countries.

(Well, um.. there ain't no Singapore Servers either.. So Well. )

ping is the time taken by data to reach to server from you.A ping rate of more than 300ms causes a lot of lag in the game.

No.. India is too far from other countries..

(Too many hops on too many servers..)
