Problem running Moto Racer 2, help please

hi guys i just installed Moto Racer 2.... but when i run it... i'm getting the following error... says it needs some DLL.....



Should i download that DLL,..... ? if so, where should i copy it to? and whats next?

winaspi32.dll (Microsoft ASPI Driver Library) - Details

The file winaspi32.dll, is used by windows when communicating with CD and DVD Drives (both ROM and RW), tape drives and other forms of mass storage devices. Specifically this dll will be used by the drivers of your hardware device(s). If winaspi32.dll is unavailable, any CD/DVD drivers that are installed in your computer, may not function correctly.
