midnight club2.suggetions required.please reply

hello friends.i have a game called midnight club2.its system requirements are eqivalent to nfs u2.
but whenever i start the game.it starts and shows the game publisher's
and companies name and when the main menu appears.it freezes and my system gets restarted.

and a message appears after restarting.'your system has recovered from a serious error'.



is there any solution please help
