BugerKing and BestBuy area: HELP

Where is the BugerKing and BestBuy area in "NFS Underground 2 " where u can find a parking lot with an opponent for an outrun race. I find a lot of smilar areas, but no parking lot. Can anyone knows it and post a screenshot of the area.

Srry I forgot the area, but discovered it for sure..
If its in "Beacon Hills" then try searching there for a bit for the Burger King sign board. you will definitely find it.
another hint: Look for unusally bright red, blue, green, and yellow lights through out the game, You will surely get some-shop in that way...
