Nice Stealth Game

I played it long back and paid Rs.2500 for it . It is great game. Stupid konami they decided to keep MGS 4 exclusive for PS3. I hope they reconsider and do has what capcom has done.

this was one of the first tiltles that i had played, am simply loved it. awesome game. maybe msg4 will be ported to pc, konami wouldn't want to lose out on the revenue front

i baught it for my ps2,
the graphics are very so-so, and im having a tough time getting familier with game,
and what is mgs 1 called?
mgs 2 is subsistance
what mgs 4 called?
and which of these four part's gameplay is based in the forset(xcept 3)?
and there are only 4 parts right?

Well you are having tough time because this is stealth game. You need to avoid your enemies and silently kill your enemies.
MGS 4 is called has Guns of patriot which is last and final of MGS series. Different MGS has different scenery to fight.

Subsistence is not MGS 2. Subsistence is actually MGS 3:Snake Eater, but with an online multiplayer support and few extra content. The single person campaign is the same is both. Konami also changed the fixed camera in Snake Eater to a moving one in Subsistence so that players can spot enemies better. Earlier fixed camera caused blind spots and off screen enemies couldn't be seen (although they could see you). The movable camera is Subsistence makes the single player campaign almost new despite it actually being the same as in Snake Eater. The online multiplayer mode was also very good add-on. Even gamers who've bought and played Snake Eater could buy Subsistence because of its new features.

Its MGS 2 : Substance ( which is actually a slightly edited version of Sons OF liberty ( the original mgs 2 on ps2)

dude get the mgs 3 subsistence a must have game for ps2 its little slow at start but later speeds up. play it wisely . if you get stuck up anywhere tell me i will help you out.

Well if you are talking about PC. It is not that worth getting it. PC version have only two metal gear sold so far. Konami did not bother releasing for other version MGS to PC.

The gameplay wise is good. It is a stealth game very much like splinter cell.

About value of money it is very old game it wont cost much.

Its a good game and I played it, If you are getting it between 200- 300. Then grab it.
You wont regret it.

MTS:Subsistence,

what r the first 2?

Only 2 MGS games are made for PC,and both are extremely difficult to find.Search for Metal Gear Solid 2:Substance.It was released in 2002 i think.All great MGS games are for PS2

Guys I need help with MGS:Substance..
I hv purchased this title few months back from Odyesee...in Vashi Galaria Mall..it's a 7 CD game..after installing this game in my PC...I wasn't able to play a single episode...caz the graphics..are ...well...i can't see a single character..a single things in the game...everything was white..blurred...
please help..
