Exclamation PS2 or a new GFX


I am a casual gamer..Right now I want to upgrade from IGp(gefroce 6100) to GFX..
There is two option for me>>>
1.Buy a PS2
2.Buy a GFX card

My budget is around 6k(INR).

I just want have FUN Gaming..I have heard a lot of great game colletion of PS2..please suggest me which will be better for meI just want to justify my invesment
(dont suggest me NEXT generation consoles)

PS2 has Many Titles ...

PC has very good Titles (GRAPHOCS is Superio) in PC when compared with PS2

Stay with GFX

depends on what kind of games u like playing
for example..if you are into racing games like need for speed and third person action games like prince of persia etc..your can settle for a ps2
but if you love first person shooter games like half life 2,unreal,fear,etc...then the best bet would be a gfx card
moreover, i never felt i was INTO the game each time i played it on a ps2..where as on a PC..you actually feel that you are immersed in the game

Go for PC if you are into fps/rts.Any other genere go for ps2.

thanks for your response..I love playing beat-um-up kind of games...i will upgrade my GFX at the end of this year after directx 10 card become matured.I want to enjoy the easy to use console gaming also..and I think PS2 is the bes toption right now,due to its huge library of great games,,I also heard that PS2 games is going to be released for this year..so a the end of the year I will have a large library of games...what do you say pals??
