cannot play UEFA chapion league 2006-07 in moltiplayer mode

i cannot play UEFA champion's league in multiplayer mode, when my friend initiate that and I join then it shows "establishing connection" after that the connectiom is lost, the same thing is happening when i inetiate and other player join that, the previous hame ie fifa 07 , it dont make any problem, it connect immediately. so guys out there plz help me to solve the prob.

check if firewall is on..... if it is then turn firewall off in windows firewall setting
