HDR issue in FARCRY.

Hi All,

I am playing FARCRY(after my poll )I have applied the patch 1.33 along with a pre beta patch as well. However after installing the patch when I enable HDR rendering everything goes haywire. My gun vanishes and its sea everywhere. It does not make a difference even if I change the value. Eventually I have to turn it off and continue. Am I doing somethig wrong? As far as I know 7800GT supports HDR, is it that I havent applied the correct patches. Any idea about this kind of behaviour.

do u hv AA enabled?? disable it from the control panel & the game settings
HDR + AA can cause graphic corruption

or....it could be an overheating issue

is ur graphics driver old
have u checked HDR in any other game.

can you try it by just installing the 1.33 patch.

if possible, uninstall the beta patch & see.

& did you apply the x64 patch. b'coz it was only for AMD based systems.
i searched a lot for Intel based x64 patch, but could not find one.

Ok turning off AA solved the problem and I did see the difference,, particularly in water rendering. Thank you Stalker. Game looks cool with HDR enabled. Which other games support HDR any idea??

Almost all next generation games supports HDR.

Ok cool thak you all. The way to enable HDR is same as well. like pressing the ~ key and then /HDRRendering 2-7.

HDR options are available in game options itself.
