soldier of fortune2 glitches please help.

friends please help me.In the game soldier of fortune2 double helix i am facing a problem it is like this in that game the graphical display of water(the white squares or checks) is not complete please see the screenshot below.


rest of the graphics are ok.but whenever there is any pool of eater i get this kind of graphics(only for the water).

well i have 512mb ram
onboard intel 128mb graphics
pentium4 3.1ghz with ht technology.

please help.

most probably the texture for the water is missing...
is the cd damaged??

It had happened to me while installing SOF 2. however the problem was that whenever i used to shoot glass, these grey checks would appear..
