u can't simply get out of the car in godfather because it's a pirated version of the game

As far as i searched on the net i got to know that if u crack the game the game will run fine but u will not be able to get out of the car and your mouse controls will be crappy.I think this problem persisted with the legitimate version where the game mistakenly takes the retail version to be pirated version.
