Please suggest me war games where I have to be a part of a troop and have to complete missions.

Call of Duty series is good
Then ther is Brothers in arms and Medal of Honor series

battlefield 2 and 2142 (multi player)
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter

battlefield 2 and 2142 - Are both of them muliplayer. Can we play them in single player mode.

yeah both r online multiplayer mainly
but u can play sp with bots but bots r not as good as humans and ther is no story just 2 countries fightin with each other
well i dont like futuristic games so i like bf2
it needs good graphic card else u will hav to play in the worst res

i played it with my friends but they prefer cod2

hey play Sniper Elite very good game i finished it yesterday u can also play Commandos - Strike Force,vietcong3,BOS3(bet on soldier3),company of heroes,ghost recon,Conflice - Global Storm i have played all these games all r very good titles

U can try Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. It has nice graphics, doesn't require a big graphics card, is free and has plenty of servers...
