Default COD:United Offence does not run on XP64

I was trying to install COD:United Offensive and it gave me the message that COD can only be installed on 98/me/2000/xp, I am running XP64, guess it means it doesnt run on xp64. COD had no problem in installation or running.
Has any body else tried it installing on xp64. Is there a way it can be installed on xp64?

mmmmm I guess nobody faced this problem, ok m searching online would post if I get a working solution.

Default Re: COD:United Offence does not run on XP64

Hi Guys I got the ans......thought to share with you all...can come handy
================

STEP 1: Download the Microsoft SDK, and install default options.

STEP 2:Once it's downloaded, do a search for 'orca.msi', and run it. Install Orca.

STEP 3:Once Orca is installed, copy your CoD UO disc 1 to your drive. Insert disc 2, then copy the contents of setup\Data\UO and Paste the contents into \setup\Data\UO for disk 1 on your harddrive.

STEP 4:Launch Orca, then click 'File' -> 'Open', and open 'Call of Duty United Offensive.msi'.

STEP 5:On the list on the left, find 'LaunchCondition', right click it, and click Drop Table.

Close Orca, saving changes.

Remove the CD's from your drive(s), and launch Setup.exe.

You should be able to properly install the game now.....I was....
