Default is anyone playing this game??

I just got this game called.............jurassic parkperation genesis.........it plays for a little while and then crashes suddenly.................wrote to tech support at vivendi universal games and got no result since a week.......
If someone has an answer please help!!!

dont know if this helps.....but i had tried out the demo a long time back and it worked fine on my PC...what r ur system specs??? did u c if the vivendi website has an troubleshooter/FAQ thingy??? like EA has this nice tech support thing online so u can find answers 2 most of ur questions...

Ok my specs are.........
3.0 HT processor
512 mb ddr ram
80 gb hard drive
don't have a graphics card yet but am playing other strategy and simulator games fine.......

hmmm probably an issue bcoz of no graphics card...mebbe they released a patch or something...look on their web site...

I played the game too. It was the demo an dit crashed on my pc too.

Ya true that is probably the case here,,,,,,,,,,,but then the company should give proper tech support.........

Finally an e-mail from tech support................lets see

..........................ok did everything they said and still doesn't work

might as well throw the cd in the river

noooooo.....b4 throwing it out, try it out on a friend's system.....

it might b bcoz u dont have a graphics card....i saw the game at a shop and remembered ur post...its system requirements clearly said that it needs a 16MB graphics card minimum and it recommended a 64MB card, preferably GeForce 3 and above....that might b the issue here.....

Yes it does say that but i have played many other new games like nfs underground 1 which say the same but work perfectly otherwise.

But i will take your adivice and try it on a friends comp too. Fingers crossed
