Default splinter cell chaos theory caching pixel shader loading time


whenever i load a new level for the first time, the game gives this message:
"caching pixel shader 3.0"
and this process takes loads of time, is there any tweak or fix for this?

That's normal , but if u want to disable it play the game on ps2.0 this loading thing will not come ,but the visual quality will be sacrificed.

Don't worry abt that dude, wen SM 3.0 is enabled SC:CT looks gorgeous, and way better than buggy SCDA!!

SCDA for PC is buggy as hell, never saw such worse product coming from ubisoft. The game is SM3.0 only and looks dull.

Yeah.. system requirements for SCDA is very very lame... one of most of highly demanding min requirements ever!! I believe the min requirements for this one is more severe than upcomming Crysis LoL.. & game looks dull graphically wen compared against to SC:CT.. this one's a fine example of horribally optimized code ( correction : horribally written code, never bothered to optimize)

Even crysis will run on SM 2.0 cards (how well is not the matter, but it wil run )
