I cant run NFS Carbon DEMO On PC Why

So i cant also run NFS Carbon Full version.

I can run NFS Most wanted demo and full version with setting upto 1024 and more 1280

I have 2 Gb Ram. 128 Video memory , 3.00 MHZ Processor

WIn xp Professinal Version 2002 Service pack 2


Now help please

Same problem here actually. But not just with the demo version...with the full game as well!! Tho my specs are a lot lower (256MB RAM, 64MB Vid Memory, 1.4Ghz), the game starts and immediately crashes giving me an 'illegal operation' windows error!!

Help!!

How to find What i have on my computer.

What is Pixel Shader 2.0 or 3.0 Is it same as SM 2.0 GPU

what onboard gfx. card you have?

if you have Intel onboard gfx., the game works on only Intel GMA X3000 (it doesnt work on GMA900,950).

guys those who have "illegal operation" problem at startup....try this-

right-click exe file of carbon....select compatibility, tick the boxes run as administrator(if thr, vista), run program in compatibilty mode for win98, disable visual themes....n then try re-running...gud luk

ps: basically its got some issues wit vista n nvidia

GMA is onboard gfx. solution from Intel, its inbulit, so you cant buy them separately.

your only option is getting a Dedicated Gfx. card, Nvidia or ATi.

What will be price for Approx price GMA 915 GL motherboard now

Also GMA X3100 and GMA X3500 are also there on intel sites what will be there price and there performance.

Suppose compare GMA X3000 and GMA X3100 and GMA X3500 WITH GMA 915 GL (As i got GMA 915 GL motherboard).

Even a frnd of mine with 128MB Video memory (Intel 945) couldn't run it..

I think the game runs with additional gfx cards only...

Even my system Restarts on certain aspects of the Gameplay eventhough i have installed latest patches and drivers ..But I run it low settings(Not default one) so that i can go with it as i run it on OnBoard Gfx ..B/w I didnt like the Carbon Series of NFS?

it does run on the ATi, Nvidia onboards & Intel's new GMA X3000 series.
